Fellow is an AI meeting assistant that records, transcribes, and summarizes calls across Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and Slack huddles. It also generates action items, surfaces meeting insights, and pushes notes into tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Asana, Slack, and Notion. A line they put front and center: their AI is never trained on customer data.

Founded in Ottawa in November 2017 by Aydin Mirzaee, Amin Mirzaee, and Samuel Cormier-Iijima, the same team that built Fluidware before selling it to SurveyMonkey. They raised a $6.5M seed in 2019 and a $24M Series A in 2021. HQ is on Montréal Road in Ottawa.
