4Or authenticate the server with a free API key from remoet.dev/onboarding. Use this form instead of the OAuth one, never alongside it: OpenClaw ignores a static Authorization header while auth is oauth, so a combined config would silently drop the key.

Confirm with openclaw mcp list, then ask your agent to search for jobs. If you use the key form, OpenClaw resolves ${REMOET_API_KEY} when it processes the config, so the variable has to be set in the environment the OpenClaw gateway process runs in, not only in the shell you exported it from.

How do I add Remoet to OpenClaw?

Run openclaw skills install @remoet/remoet, then register the MCP server with openclaw mcp set pointed at https://api.remoet.dev/mcp. With no key your agent can already search jobs. For your profile, stars and feed, either point openclaw mcp set at the OAuth URL and run openclaw mcp login remoet to authorize in the browser, or add your free key as an Authorization header. One or the other, not both. Or just ask your agent to set up Remoet and it handles the wiring.

Do I need a paid plan?
