Brightflag is an enterprise legal management platform for in-house corporate legal teams. Core product is e-billing and matter management, with patented AI that reads, analyzes, and summarizes legal invoices line by line and checks them against billing guidelines.
Customers include NatWest, Syngenta, Trend Micro, and Exact Sciences. The first customer, a large European bank, is still on the platform.
Co-founded by Ian Nolan and Alex Kelly. First office in Dublin, with additional offices in Sydney and New York. Raised $28 million in additional funding to build out the legal operations software.
