As a remote company, we understand and encourage flexibility. Working remotely allows us more flexibility in our work schedule and location. We can work from anywhere, as long as there is a good internet connection, and we can set flexible hours to suit personal needs and preferences better.

Take your time, relax, enjoy recharge. It's important to take time out. All full time Zytans are entitled to generous paid leave for the year which will give you the opportunity to switch off and replenish!
