The platform spans assessments (Mastery), verified credentials (Parchment), course catalogs, video, analytics, and an AI layer called IgniteAI.

8,000+ customers across more than 100 countries. Parchment alone is used by 6,700+ K-12 schools, and Mastery has recorded around 2 billion assessment scores.

Founded in 2008, headquartered in Salt Lake City with offices in London and Quezon City. Hit a $1B market cap in 2017, acquired Mastery in 2019 and Parchment in 2024, and was taken private by KKR later that year. CEO is Steve Daly.
