Immersive Labs builds a cybersecurity training and resilience platform called Immersive One. It combines hands-on labs, cyber drills, crisis simulations, and resilience scoring so security teams can practice against real incidents and benchmark readiness against peers and frameworks.
Customers include HSBC, Microsoft, Pfizer, Goldman Sachs, Citi, National Grid, Daimler, and Elastic. The company positions the work as helping organizations "prevent and respond to cyber threats by building long-term cyber resilience you can prove to your board."
Founded by James Hadley, who now sits as Chief Innovation Officer, with Mark Schmitz as CEO. Backed by Insight Partners, Summit Partners, and Ten Eleven Ventures. Board chaired by Jack Huffard, co-founder of Tenable.
