Geotab is a commercial telematics company. The Geotab GO device plugs into vehicles, MyGeotab is the web-based fleet analytics platform on top of it, and the lineup also includes the GO Focus Plus AI dash camera, asset trackers, and ELDs. Fleets across transportation and logistics, construction, field services, utilities, courier and delivery, waste, and government use it.
Founded in 2000 by Neil Cawse, starting in the basement of his home in Oakville, Ontario. Now headquartered in Oakville and Atlanta, Georgia, with over 2,700 employees and around 100,000 customers including Fortune 500 organizations and the US Federal government. More than 5 million vehicle subscriptions and 100 billion data points processed daily.
Mission stated as "make the world safer, more efficient, and sustainable." Geotab owns the IP for its device hardware, firmware, and software, and holds FIPS 140-3 and FedRAMP authorizations for federal use.
