Dexterity builds robots for warehouse and logistics work. The Redwood City company makes Foresight, a world model that powers robotic arms doing tasks like autonomous truck loading inside enterprise facilities.

Customers include FedEx, Maersk, and Japanese parcel carrier Sagawa Express. The first Fortune 500 deployment runs autonomous truck loading. Dexterity reports passing 100 million autonomous in-production actions in 2025, up from 10 million in 2023.

Founded in 2017 by Samir Menon (PhD in Computer Science, Stanford). Headquartered in Redwood City with a Japan office added in 2024.
