Coalition sells cyber insurance bundled with the security tech to actually prevent claims. They call it Active Insurance: policies on one side (cyber, tech E&O, executive risks, MPL), and a security stack on the other (Coalition Control for risk monitoring, Wirespeed ADR for detection and response, plus an in-house incident response team).
Sold through brokers to businesses, with a separate track for security teams. Serves organizations across the US, UK, Europe, and Canada, with 100k+ clients on the books. Underwriting capacity comes from carriers like Allianz, Arch, Lloyd's, Swiss Re, and Zurich.
Mission is "to protect the unprotected." Founded and run by Joshua Motta, previously CXO and Head of Special Projects at Cloudflare.
