Autoscience Institute is an applied research lab building AI systems that invent new ML models autonomously. Two products so far: Mira, which discovers new architectures for applied ML teams, and Carl, which reads papers, proposes research directions, and generates results.
Their stated mission is to automate the full lifecycle of ML research so breakthroughs aren't bottlenecked by manual labor.
