About

AlphaSense is a search engine for market intelligence, built on machine learning and natural language processing. Founded in 2011 by Jack Kokko and Raj Neervannan. The platform indexes over 500 million premium financial and business documents, including company filings, broker research, expert transcripts, and private and public financial data.

Used by more than 6,500 enterprises. Named customers on the site include Pfizer, Microsoft, J.P. Morgan, PG&E, Gladstone Capital, and McKesson. Solutions span investment banking, hedge funds, private equity, asset management, venture capital, consulting, law firms, and corporate strategy across life sciences, TMT, energy, industrials, and consumer goods.

Has grown by acquisition: Tegus (expert call transcripts), BamSEC, Canalyst, and Sentieo are all part of AlphaSense.
