Capabilities span identity management, including cloud directory services, user lifecycle management, and HRIS integration; access management, including single sign on, multi factor authentication, privileged access management, and cloud LDAP and RADIUS; and device management across Windows, Apple, Linux, and Android, with patch management and remote access. The platform also covers shadow AI governance, app discovery, and SaaS access control.
The GitHub organization publishes operational tooling for customers, including PowerShell support scripts, the JumpCloud Active Directory Migration Utility, a Python API client, and a Go command line interface.
