Proof-of-concept pipeline to OCR and translate an image-based PDF product catalog (high-res scans, no selectable text) for customer-facing use. Extracts text via Mistral OCR, then runs context-aware (non-literal) translation through Claude, outputting a structured manifest of original + translated text per page — with cost estimation and page-skip controls before any paid API calls run. Production plan: n8n for pipeline orchestration, ToolJet for a human review UI, and a standalone PyMuPDF service for overlay rendering.
